Hello, I’m Alice, a qualified integrative counsellor offering a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever is going on for you, at your own pace. Seeking counselling can feel like a big step, and it’s not always easy to know where to start. My aim is to provide a safe and accepting relationship where you feel heard, valued and able to be yourself, without fear of judgement. I work with clients to help heal deep-seated relational trauma, rebuild shattered self-worth, and untangle complex emotional abuse. I offer both face-to-face and online video counselling sessions, I also offer a free 15-minute introductory telephone call for all new clients.
