I’m Eileen Fisher, a BACP-registered counsellor and psychotherapist based in Wilmslow, offering therapy for individuals face to face, online, and outdoors with walking therapy. I specialise in anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and disordered eating. As a qualified nutritionist, I take a whole-person approach that connects mind and body. I work with adults of all ages in a warm, non-judgmental space, helping you understand yourself more deeply and make positive changes that last.
